Description
Tulobuterol is a long-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist that is clinically used in some countries to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and asthma. Tulobuterol exhibits bronchodilatory, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral activities. Tulobuterol treats pulmonary disorders by inducing relaxation of airway smooth muscle cells. In tracheal epithelial cells, tulobuterol also prevents activation of NF-κB and decreases levels of ICAM-1, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8, inhibiting rhinovirus replication. TEST!!!!!!
