Tuberculosis antigen with 38 kDa + ESAT-6 + CFP-10 fragment expressed in E. Coli. Applications: Gold labeled method, ELISA, western blots. Recommend using in sandwich and indirect method for Colloidal gold, and indirect method for ELISA to detect IgG.
