Propafenone is a class Ic anti-arrhythmic compound that inhibits β-adrenergic receptors, slows Na+ and Ca2+ influx, and decreases overall cellular excitability. Propafenone inhibits Kv1.4 K+ channels and human cardiac two pore-domain (K2P2) K+ channels. Additionally, propafenone inhibits expression of tyrosinase, TRP-1, and TRP-2 and decreases production of cAMP, suppressing melanogenesis in vitro. TEST!!!!!!
