Description

Palosuran is an inhibitor of the urotensin II receptor that exhibits anti-fibrotic activity. In animal models of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), palosuran decreases artery and arteriole wall thickness. This compound may also prevent the development of lung fibrosis.
