Description
Olmutinib is an inhibitor of EGFR. It is selective for mutant forms of EGFR, leading to cell death of EGFR-expressing tumor cells. Olmutinib reverses ABCG2-mediated multidrug resistance in cancer cells. TEST!!!!!!
