Description

I-BET-762 is a BET bromodomain (BRD) inhibitor that prevents association of BRDs with chromatin histones; it exhibits immunosuppressive, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory activities. In animal models of experimental autoimmune encephalitis (EAE), I-BET-762 decreases production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, increases production of anti-inflammatory cytokines, and prevents antigen-specific T cell induction of pathogenesis. This compound also inhibits proliferation of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. TEST!!!!!!
