GLYX-13 is a peptide with the sequence T-P-P-T that exhibits antidepressant and neuromodulatory activities; it acts as a partial agonist at NMDA receptors. GLYX-13 reverses PCP- and ketamine-induced memory deficits and increases sensitivity to long-term potentiation (LTP).
