Description

CTAP is an antagonist at μ-opioid receptors (μORs) that exhibits neuromodulatory activity. CTAP prevents reinstatement of drug seeking in animal models of ethanol addiction. CTAP also prevents opioid-induced decreases in inflammatory cytokine release in animal models of intestinal ischemia/reperfusion. Additionally, CTAP inhibits opioid-induced analgesia in animal models of colorectal distension. TEST!!!!!!
