OTS-964 is an inhibitor of T-lymphokine-activated killer cell-originated protein kinase (TOPK). This kinase plays an integral role in the mitosis of cancer cells, including lung and triple negative breast cancers. OTS-964 induces apoptosis in cancer cells in vitro and in xenograft models of human lung cancer. It also exhibits efficacy in ctonrolling the regrowth of glioma stem cell populations, limiting recurrence. TEST!!!!!!
