Description

CCT-245737 is an inhibitor of checkpoint kinase (CHK) 1. It is 1,000 fold selective for CHK1 over CHK2 and CDK1. It enhances the efficacy of gemcitabine in human tumor xenografts. It also shows potential as a monotherapy in a MYC-driven mouse model of B-cell lymphoma. TEST!!!!!!
